Bahan Membuat Banana cake (pakai cup kertas)
- 3 buah Pisang ambon yg bagus dan matang.
- 1 kaleng Susu cair (fn).
- 2 Terigu (segitiga biru).
- 200 gr gula pasir.
- 1 sdt soda kue.
- 100 gr mentega.
- 3 btr telur.
- Cup kecil.
Langkah Memasak Banana cake (pakai cup kertas)
- Haluskan pisang ambon (masukan plastik terus di bejek2).
- Mixer gula pasir dan telur dengan kecepatan sedang, masukan pisang yg sudah di haluskan, masukan soda kue, terigu, susu cair (saya adanya merk fn), masukan mentega, ratakan dengan mixer.
- Masukan adonan ke cetakan.
- Masukan oven dengan api kecil (tips sebelum masuk oven pastikan oven sudah panas dulu) masukan ke oven dan sesekali sambil di lihat kalau sudah warna agak coklat brrti sdh matang.
