Bahan Membuat Serabi
- Santan 170 ml (1/2 kara + air).
- Garam.
- 2 sdm Gula pasir.

Langkah Memasak Serabi
- Masak santan dan garam hingga mendidih. (bisa di tambah pandan biar harum). Biarkan hingga dingin atau hangat.
- Parut kelapa dengan parutan keju tujuan nya biar kasar dan terasa gurih.
- Campur Tepung beras, ragi, gula, dan 1/2 parutan Kelapa kemudian masukkan santan sedikit demi sedikit sambil di aduk-aduk.
- Diamkan kurang lebih 1 jam tutup dengan kain / bawah baskom beri air hangat (biar cepat mengembang).
- Pastikan cetakan benar2 panas baru masukan 1 sendok irus adonan..
- Biarkan hingga adonan berlubang-lubang baru beri sisa parutan Kelapa (bisa di ganti keju/meses) kemudian baru tutup adonan. Biarkan hingga bagian atas kering. Angkat dan sajikan. Cocok di santap saat masih hangat.
