Bahan Membuat Sushi roll / Kimbap

  1. 2 lembar nori (rumput laut lembaran).
  2. 1 buah telur (jadikan telur dadar,potong memanjang).
  3. 2 buah so nice (dipotong 4 bagian memanjang).
  4. 1/4 wortel (dipotong memanjang sekorek api).
  5. 1/4 timun (dibuang tengahnya dan potong memanjang).
  6. secukupnya Nasi putih.
  7. secukupnya Garam.
  8. secukupnya Minyak wijen.
  9. Wijen sangrai untuk taburan.
  10. Papan sushi roll (jika tidak ada bisa menggunakan plastic wrap).

Langkah Memasak Sushi roll / Kimbap

  1. Campurkan nasi putih, garam, dan minyak wijen hingga merata..
  2. Siapkan papan sushi roll, taruh 1 lembar nori di atasnya..
  3. Taruh nasi di atas nori menggunakan sendok sambil ditekan nasinya agar saling menyatu..
  4. Taruh semua bahan yang ada ditengah-tengah nasi..
  5. Gulung nasi sambil ditekan-tekan perlahan agar sushi bisa menempel dengan baik..
  6. Jika sudah tergulung, potong sushi setebal 1-2cm sesuai selera, taburkan wijen, sajikan..
