- 2 lembar nori (rumput laut lembaran).
- 1 buah telur (jadikan telur dadar,potong memanjang).
- 2 buah so nice (dipotong 4 bagian memanjang).
- 1/4 wortel (dipotong memanjang sekorek api).
- 1/4 timun (dibuang tengahnya dan potong memanjang).
- secukupnya Nasi putih.
- secukupnya Garam.
- secukupnya Minyak wijen.
- Wijen sangrai untuk taburan.
- Papan sushi roll (jika tidak ada bisa menggunakan plastic wrap).
Langkah Memasak Sushi roll / Kimbap
- Campurkan nasi putih, garam, dan minyak wijen hingga merata..
- Siapkan papan sushi roll, taruh 1 lembar nori di atasnya..
- Taruh nasi di atas nori menggunakan sendok sambil ditekan nasinya agar saling menyatu..
- Taruh semua bahan yang ada ditengah-tengah nasi..
- Gulung nasi sambil ditekan-tekan perlahan agar sushi bisa menempel dengan baik..
- Jika sudah tergulung, potong sushi setebal 1-2cm sesuai selera, taburkan wijen, sajikan..
