  9. 1/4 sdt madu.
  10. Secukupnya kaldu jamur.
  11. Secukupnya lada hitam.
  12. 60 ml air.
  13. Sedikit jeruk nipis peras.

  1. Keluarkan salmon dari freezer. Diamkan di suhu ruang sekitar 30 menit sampai kondisi ikan sudah empuk kembali.
  2. Cuci salmon, tap-tap perlahan dengan tisu dapur.
  3. Balurkan garam di seluruh permukaan, beri sedikit olive oil untuk meratakannya. Diamkan selama kurang lebih 15 menit.
  4. Panaskan margarin di wajan (api sedang), masak salmon dengan posisi bagian kulit di bawah. Masak hingga sekitar 80% daging sudah berubah warna (sekitar 5 menit), kemudian balik ikan secara perlahan dan masak di api kecil kurang lebih 1 menit saja.
  5. Untuk sausnya. Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan air, kemudian madu, dan bumbu lain. Koreksi rasa, masak hingga sedikit mengental.
  6. Sajikan salmon steak dan saus dengan potato wedges dan sayur rebus 😁🀀.
