Langkah Memasak Steak Salmon Crispy Skin

  1. Cuci bersih potongan salmon lalu keringkan disuhu ruangan. (kalau bisa jangan masuk kulkas ya bun, supaya salmon cepat matang dan krispi dan benar2 harus kering tidak berair).
  2. Potong sedikit bagian atas kulit, supaya bumbu merasuk, taburi secara merata garam, merica dan bubuk cabe, dan ulangi pada bagian bawah..
  3. Panaskan teflon (api besar namun jgn terlalu besar ya bun) setelah teflon benar2 panas, tuangkan minyak 3-4 sdm (bukan deep fried ya bun,jd pan fried saja).
  4. Masukan salmon, bagian kulit pada teflon, dan diamkan 2-3 menit. biarkan dahulu, sambil tekan2 supaya salmon matanng dan kulit menjadi krispi, jika sudah terlihat daging memutih setengah bagian bawah, lalu balik ke sisi lain.
  5. Ulang 1x lagi tahap no 4. diamkan sejenak bila sudah matang dan tiriskan pindah kan ke piring..
  6. Setelah itu tumis sayurnyaa taburi dengan garam dan merica.
  7. Setelah matang, siap sajikan đŸ˜‹selamat mencoba bunda.
