Salmon steak Salmon steaks are sprinkled with seasonings, fresh herbs, and Parmesan cheese, then baked until moist and tender. Bahan Membuat Salmon steak

  1. 2 potong salmon.
  2. 1/2 butir bawang bombay(iris tipis).
  3. 1 butir bawang putih(cincang halus).
  4. 4 sdm teriyaki sauce (sesuai selera/tergantung ukuran ikannya).
  5. Secukupnya olive oil.
  6. Secukupnya brokoli untuk pelengkap(rebus diair mendidih yg d beri sdkt minyak n garam).
  7. Secukupnya garam n black pepper.

Langkah Memasak Salmon steak

  1. Lumuri ikan dgn garam n black pepper diamkan sebentar..
  2. Panaskan penggorengan tuangkan sedkt olive oil.masukkan ikan(bag kulit dibawah n api jgn besar agar kulit renyah n ga gosong) masak hingga ikan matang.angkat dan tiriskan letakkan pada piring saji..
  3. Di penggorengan sama (jika kotor bersihkan dgn tissue dapur) masukkan bawang bombay,bawang putih tumis hingga harum.terakhir masukkan teriyaki sauce langsung matikan kompor.
  4. Siram ikan dgn sauce n tata brokoli dipiring.

Stir garlic salt, onion salt, paprika, black pepper, and salt together in a small bowl; sprinkle seasoning onto salmon. Place salmon steaks into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with chives, thyme, and spinach leaves. Place the salmon steaks in the prepared dish. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and paprika; add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
