Bahan Membuat Som Tam Salad Thai
- 1/4 pepaya muda serut.
- 1/4 mangga muda serut.
- 1 siung baput goreng sebentar.
- 6 _7 bh cabe keriting.
- 300 ml air asam jawa bole lebih.
- 1 bh jeruk nipis.
- 100 gr gula merah.
- 2 bh cabe kecil.
- 4 bh tomat cherry.
- 1/2 sdt terasi/ebi.
- 1 sdm fish sauce.
- secukupnya Daun ketumbar.
- secukupnya Kacang sangrai.
Langkah Memasak Som Tam Salad Thai
- Serut pepaya dan mangga muda.
- Tumbuk baput, terasi,cabe kecil dan besar agak kasar cabenya, baputnya halusin ya, tambahin gula merahnya haluskan jg. Beri air asam jawa dan 1 iris jeruk nipis tumbuk juga tp jangan sampe halus sekedar di bejek aja.beri tomat juga di tumbuk kasar Beri garam tes rasa, asin manis asem rasanya, beri fish sauce tes rasa lagi bila dirasa cukup masukkan pepaya yg sdh di serut dan mangga dan daun ketumbarnya.
