  3. 1 kuning telur.
  4. 1 sdt yeast.
  5. 2 sdm margarin / butter.
  6. 1 cup warm water.
  7. 1/4 sdt garam (bs di skip jk sdh menggunakan salt butter).

  1. Campur semua bahan dan ulenin hingga kalis. Jika adonan masih lengket bisa di tambah sedikit demi sedikit tepung. 1 sd 3 sdm..
  2. Tutup adonan menggunakan cling wrapping / plastik agar bisa di lihat apakah adonan sudah mengembang atw blm..
  3. Diamkan adonan sekitar 40 - 60 menit hingga pengembang 2 x lipat.
  4. Bagi adonan menjadi bbrp bagian tergantung dr ukuran pan yg di gunakan. Dsni saya bagi menjadi 2. 2/3 buat loyang ukuran besar. 1/3 buat loyang ukuran sedang..
  5. Tusuk 2 adonan menggukan garpu lalu kasih topping sesuai selera... saya tidak kasih mozarella terlebih dahulu..
  6. Baking pizza selama 20 menit dgn suhu 200 °C atw sesuai dgn oven masing 2.
  7. Lalu baru taburkan mozarella dan papperoni dan baking lagi selama 5 menit..
  8. Pizza siap di hidangkan.
