  1. Masukan air, pop ice, susu bubuk, maizena, garam dan gula.
  2. Masak sampai matang dan mengental.
  3. Angkat dan masukan dalam wadah, bisa di mangkok plastik, dingin kan dan masukan dalam frezeer sampai beku.
  4. Siapkan mixer dan wadahnya.
  5. Ambil adonan ice cream dan kerok, masukan ke dalam wadah lain.
  6. Mixer dengan kecepatan sedang, sampai mencampur atau kristal batu es tidak terlihat.

  8. Mixer lagi dengan kecepatan tinggi sampai mengembang dan berjejak.
