Langkah Memasak Cheese Hokkaido egg tart

  1. Siapkan bahan untuk kulitnya, mixer margarin, butter gdan gula halus sekitar 2-3menit. Lalu tambahkan kuning telur mixer sebentar supaya tercampur rata. Terakhir tambahkan terigu dan susu aduk dgn spatula lalu pakai tangan...
  2. Cetak di cetakan kue pai yg sudah di olesi margarin/carlo... Sy pake ukuran cetakan agak besar jd diisi setengahnya (diameter bawah 5cm atasnya 7cm) adonan 25gr/cup tusuk tusuk bagian bawahnya supaya tdk mekar, panggang sampai kuning..
  3. Sambil nunggu manggang kita bikin flanya.. (Sisakan susu sedikit untuk campuran maizena) Masak susu cair dan gula pasir sampai gula pasirnya larut. Di tempat lain kocok lepas telur dan kuning telur tambahkan ke larutan susu dan maizena, aduk rata.. Lalu masukan k susu yg sudah hangat aduk rata biarkan mengental baru tambahkan creamcheese, garam dan vanili.. Setelah meletup2 angkat masukan k plastik segitiga..
  4. Keluarkan kulit dari cetakannya biarkan dingin lalu isi dgn fla keju sampai penuh, lalu olesi dgn kuning telur, panggang lagi dgn api atas sampai kuning kecoklatan. Angkat dan siap di hidangkan..
